Crew Management

Studio offers real-time editing capabilities to facilitate collaborative work among team members. This guide explains how real-time editing works in different parts of Studio.

Online Members Indicator

In every section of Studio, you will see profile pictures of online members in the menu bar. This helps you know who else is currently active and editing in real-time.

Set Designer

Users can add new elements, remove existing ones, and move elements around in real-time. When a user selects an element, it is marked with a border and their profile picture. This indicates that the element is currently being edited by that user. While an element is selected by a user, it becomes locked, and other users cannot move it until it is deselected by the current editor.

Shotlist

Users can check off shots as completed, modify shot descriptions, reorder shots, and delete shots in real-time. When a user selects a shot, it is marked with a border and their profile picture. This indicates that the shot is currently being edited by that user. While a shot is selected by a user, it becomes locked, and other users cannot make changes to it until it is deselected by the current editor.
